Gather the ingredients
I start by exploring the context, talking to users, and uncovering challenges that aren't obvious at first glance. Understanding why a problem exists helps me design solutions that really work.

Instead of just “defining goals,” I figure out what really matters for users and the business. I narrow down the problem so every design decision has real purpose.

I sketch multiple ideas, test flows, and explore different approaches. I refine only what truly improves clarity, usability, or impact.
